Minneapolis City Breaks

Minneapolis is the heartbeat of the Heartland of America. Great architecture, great culture, world-class theatre and art abounds. The Walker is considered one of the best art museums in the world and the performances in the Guthrie theatre are as astounding as the building itself. In the summer months you can take a walking tour through Victorian neighbourhoods or a romantic carriage ride along the Mississippi River.

Whether you are driving, walking or cycling the Grand Rounds scenic byway, it's an excellent way to see Minneapolis as you follow tree lined roads and parks, circling the chain of lakes that the city is built upon.

You don't have to be passionate about shopping to enjoy the Mall of America, the largest shopping centre in the USA and the Western hemisphere! Besides tax free shopping on clothes & shoes purchased in the Mall, you'll find a huge variety of restaurants, and family friendly attractions; including Nickelodeon Universe, FlyOver America, and the Sea Life Aquarium.

Music lovers will want to seek out Paisley Park, the former home and recording studio of modern day music legend Prince.

However you decide to spend your city break in Minneapolis, we're be sure it will be memorable.
