DAY 1 Sydney

Built on a natural harbour, Sydney is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Whether you are relaxing on its famous beaches, or soaking up its world class culture, there is no shortage of things to see and do here. Visit the famous Opera House, wander around the historic rocks district where this city has grown up around or head to Darling Harbour for a wealth of entertainment. The city has a plethora of museums to discover, or explore the beautiful Botanical Gardens, a green oasis with majestic views across the harbour. The relaxed beach suburbs of Coogee, Bondi and Manly are a bus or ferry ride away from the city and are the perfect place to while away an afternoon on golden sands.

DAY 4 The Blue Mountains
Drive: 74 miles / 1.5 hours

Named after the eucalyptus haze that lingers above this beautiful valley, the Blue Mountains offer a heavenly escape into nature. Towering sandstone cliffs, dramatic rock formations and and lush eucalyptus forests create a landscape that’s both wild and serene. You’ll find stunning views and scenic hikes for all levels, but it’s not just about nature. The charming own of Katoomba is in the heart of the Blue Mountains and makes the perfect base for your stay. Home to the iconic Three Sisters and panoramic views over Jamison Valley, its attractions can be easily reached by car, or a hop on-hop off bus. Make a visit to  Scenic World and you will be able to ride the worlds steepest railway, and wander rainforest trails, before enjoying breathtaking views across the valley on a scenic cable car ride.

DAY 7 Bathurst
Drive: 61 miles / 1.5 hours

Located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Bathurst holds the distinction of being Australia’s oldest inland European settlement. Rich in colonial history and cultural heritage, the city features beautifully preserved architecture, expansive parks, and significant historical landmarks that reflect its storied past — including its pivotal role in the 19th-century gold rush. Bathurst is equally renowned for its iconic Mount Panorama Circuit. Each October, this world-famous track hosts the Bathurst 1000, attracting motorsport enthusiasts from across the globe. If you are not around for race day you can still visit the circuit or the National Motor Racing Museum. Beyond motorsport, Bathurst offers a diverse range of experiences: including the nationally significant Australian Fossil & Mineral Museum, tranquil gardens and picturesque riverside walks.

DAY 8 Canberra
Drive: 158 miles / 3.5 hours

Established in1927 to end a long running dispute between Melbourne and Sydney as to which should be the nation’s capital, Canberra has grown up out of the bush to become not only the home of Australia’s parliament but the nations cultural hub. Explore Australia’s largest collection of aboriginal art at the National Gallery of Australia, see famous faces at the Portrait Gallery or get hands on at the National Science and Technology Centre. Canberra’s network of cycle paths makes exploring its parks and lake, both safe and easy!

DAY 10 The Snowy Mountains
Drive: 80 miles / 1.5 hours

Located in Southern New South Wales, Cooma is the gateway to the Snowy Mountains, Australia’s renowned alpine region. Dominated by Mount Kosciuszko, Australia’s highest peak, the region is renowned for its dramatic landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and year-round appeal. During the winter months, the ‘Snowies’ become a premier destination for snow sports, attracting visitors to renowned resorts such as Thredbo, Perisher, and Charlotte Pass. These locations provide world-class facilities for skiing, snowboarding, and alpine exploration. DAY 12 Wollongong
Drive: 221 miles / 4 hours

Nestled between dramatic escarpments and the sparkling waters of the Pacific, Wollongong is a vibrant coastal city that blends natural beauty with a laid-back, creative energy. “The Gong” offers pristine beaches, world-class surf breaks, and scenic lookouts — all framed by the lush Illawarra escarpment. But Wollongong is more than its coastline. It’s a city with soul — home to a thriving arts scene, a dynamic university community, and a rich multicultural heritage. From buzzing cafes and street art trails to tranquil Buddhist temples and coastal cycleways, the city invites exploration at every turn.

DAY 14 Return to Sydney
Drive: 45 miles / 1 hour
