Itinerary
DAY 1 & 2 Toronto

Arrive Toronto and transfer independently to your downtown hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Canada’s largest city. Toronto is truly cosmopolitan, with its first-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Visitors are always amazed at the abundance of parks and gardens and its soaring modern architecture contrasted by beautifully restored Victorian gables and spires. Ascend the iconic CN Tower, spend some time in Chinatown or stroll, browse and enjoy a coffee whilst watching the world go by in Yorkville.

DAY 3 Niagara Falls
Drive: 82 miles

Leave Toronto and travel south towards the famed Niagara Falls. Stop to Explore the charming 19th century village of Niagara-on-the-Lake and if time Permits you could take a tour of one of the popular wineries in the region. From here drive the scenic Niagara Parkway to Niagara Falls. While at Niagara Falls take the famous Maid of the Mist boat trip up to the edge of the falls or take the ‘journey behind the falls’ for a unique perspective. .

DAY 4 & 5 Geneva & The Finger Lakes
Drive: 166 miles

From Niagara your journey will take you east through New York State to the stunning Finger Lakes region – one of the area’s well kept secrets. This whole region is made up of several freshwater lakes with pretty shorelines dotted with many impressive wineries and an equal number of good restaurants. With a solar-powered library, waterfalls, gorges, and an Ivy-League university, lovely Ithaca has no shortage of attractions. .

DAY 6 Alexandria Bay
Drive: 154 miles

Continue north west along the St Lawrence Seaway to Alexandria Bay and The Thousand Islands. This incredibly beautiful area of 1,600-plus islands was first discovered by French explorers in the 16th century and is now a favourite holiday getaway.

DAY 7 & 8 Montreal
Drive: 155 miles

Montreal is the second largest French speaking city in the world and this is reflects in the lifestyle, architecture and, more importantly the food! Spend time exploring this vibrant city, host to year round festivals with it’s unique combination of French charm and a North American lifestyle.

DAY 9 & 10 Quebec City
Drive: 155 miles

Spend your day exploring North America’s only walled city. Experience the charm of ‘Old France’, with winding cobblestone streets, quaint boutiques and restaurants housed in buildings over 800 years old. Outside of the walls you can visit the Citadel, the Plains of Abraham and the Museum of Civilization.

DAY 11 Trois Rivieres
Drive: 78 miles

Located at the confluence of the Saint-Maurice and Saint Lawrence Rivers, dating back to 1634, Trois-Rivières is the second oldest French-speaking city in North America. With a charming historic quarter Parisian-style cafés, quaint boutiques, and unconventional museum venues it offers breadth of local attractions to be discovered and enjoyed.

DAY 12 & 13 Ottawa
Drive: 203 miles

Continue to the capital city of Ottawa where you can visit the Parliament Buildings, the Canadian Museum of Civilization or take a boat cruise along the city’s inter-connecting rivers and canals.

DAY 14 Toronto
Drive: 163 miles

Drive back to Toronto today for your flight home.
