We had been recommended American & Worldwide Travel by some friends so we visited them to see if they could plan our wish for us. Matt really understood our thoughts and preferences and two weeks before departure a folder arrived with road route for our road section, all our tickets and hotel vouchers etc. The trip progressed perfectly, all the bookings in place, hotels well up to standard. We did receive an email that one of the Greyhound buses had been cancelled but Matt had also received the message and worked on alternative travel for us, keeping us constantly updated. We enjoyed a very full tour including Country Music, scenery, Cherokee history, Colonial History and the wonders of Washington. We will return!
