Day One Arrive from your transatlantic flight into Bozeman. Collect your car and transfer to your hotel.
Day Two Depart Bozeman and head east to Billings. Visit the Pictograph Cave State Park, one of the richest archaeological finds in the Great Northern Plains. Travel on to Pompey's Pillar, a 200ft high rock, etched clearly with William Clark's 200 yr old signature. Spend the evening relaxing in Montana's largest city.
Day Three Depart Billings and head for Sundance. Leave early to spend time at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument the site of 'Custer's Last Stand'. Northwest of Sundance stands the nations first national monument ~ The Devils Tower made infamous by the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Overnight in Sundance.
Day Four Depart Sundance for Rapid City/Keystone, the hub of the Black Hills area. This afternoon take a trip to Mt Rushmore National Memorial, to see the gigantic busts of Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln carved in solid granite. Enjoy three nights in this area.
Day Five Make your way to the Crazy Horse Memorial, another huge mountain carving which has now been in progress for over 50 years. Take a tour of the Needles Highway, a 14 miles scenic drive that winds its way past towering granite spires.
Day Six Get up early this morning to witness the sun rising over the Badlands, the harsh but stunning landscape created by millions of years of erosion and known by the Lakota as "mako sica". Spend this afternoon in Custer State Park.
Day Seven Leave South Dakota heading west back into Wyoming to Buffalo. This area around Buffalo has been the scene of many conflicts between American Indians and the white men and also the range wars between farmers and homesteaders. You have one night here.
Day Eight Today you will be travelling along the spectacular Cloud Peak Skyway that climbs over the Big Horns and then decends into Tensleep Creek Canyon.Thermopolis is located on the edge of Hot Springs State Park where 135 degree water is cooled for your enjoyment!
Day Nine Head for the resort town of Jackson, located in the Jackson Hole Valley. Encompassed on all sides by mountain barriers, the 48-mile long valley is literally known as the happy hunting ground. You will be spending two nights in Jackson.

Day Ten Today you can explore the Grand Tetons a most unusual mountain range of great natural beauty. Enjoy a relaxing float trip or an exciting whitewater trip on the Snake River.
Day Eleven Head north into Yellowstone National Park. The worlds oldest national park is home to steaming geysers, bubbling mudpots and a huge range of wildlife from bears, elk moose and the recently reintroduced wolves. You will be spending three nights here.
Day Twelve Take the time to travel through both loops of the park to enjoy the reknowned sights of the Old Faithful Geyser, Inspiration Point, Yellowstone's Grand Canyon, Mammoth Hot Springs and the Fountain Paint Pots. Yellowstone is such an accessible park nearly all its attractions are within a few hundred feet of the Grand Loop Road.
Day Thirteen Today is yours to explore the area that you may have missed yesterday! You could also join a horseback ride through the park or soak in the relaxing water at Chico Hot Springs, 30 miles north of Yellowstone.
Day Fourteen Leave Yellowstone and head north to enjoy the evening in Bozeman.
Day Fifteen Head to the airport to connect to your flight home.
