We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and all information is updated regularly. However, all flights and holidays are subject to availability and may be subject to price changes prior to confirmation of your booking. We take great care to ensure our website is accurate but occassionally services and facilities may change or be withdrawn and information may change. We regularly update our information to display up to date text but please note that any late changes will be advised at the time of booking. Prices for holidays and flights are subject to availability and any changes to the advertised price will be advised before you confirm your booking. All prices are quoted in sterling and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Flight information

We are pleased to be able to offer customers booking a mimimum of 3 nights accommodation and/or car hire, a wide range of competitive air fares to North America and other Worldwide Destinations. Where possible we can fly you to your destination either directly or via a range of Gateway cities and from many regional UK airports. Please ask one of our staff for more details about the most convenient flight options for you.

Car hire information

Car hire is an integral part of most tailormade holidays. To enable us to offer you the widest choice of pick-up and drop-off locations, we have teamed up with Hertz and Alamo car rental who have very competitive rates. For your convenience and peace of mind our specially negotiated rates are fully inclusive of Insurance. GPS is also now pre bookable at a charge.

Special Requests

If you have a special request for a facility or service not advertised in this brochure (i.e. adjoining rooms, specific bedding types), we shall pass it on to the relevant supplier but we cannot guarantee that it will be met and we have no liability to you if it is not. We cannot accept any booking that is conditional upon special requests being met. Whilst we endeavour to assist with an Airline Seating request, we are unable to confirm or guarantee specific seats. The non-allocation of specific seats prior to, or on the day of departure, is not considered sufficient grounds for the Passenger to amend or cancel their holiday arrangements. Where available, we strongly recommend you utilise the airlines on line check in facility 24 hours prior to departure. This will both save you time at the airport and allow you to pre select your seats.

Your Financial Protection
The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from this (brochure) and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security with the Civil Aviation /Authority under ATOL number 2551.

If you book arrangements other than a package holiday from this (brochure) the financial protection referred to above does not apply.

We are a member of ABTA, membership No D2642. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA's Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resoluction of disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract. Further information on the Code and arbitration can be found here.
